Scoring & challenge rules
Play-in qualifiers: 10 each. Group qualifiers: 10 each, plus 10 for each correct group winner. Lower Round 1 and 2: 10 per winner. Upper and Lower Quarterfinals: 20. Semifinals: 40. Grand Final: 80.
Series scores determine advancement; points reward teams qualifying or winning in the named round, regardless of their opponent. Exact scores do not earn bonus points.
Tied points: most correct player awards, then closest total goals. Remaining ties share rank. Points possible means your maximum achievable final score, including earned points.
One permanent bracket per unique name. Picks are public immediately. Group assignments follow the rulebook’s regional separation priorities; equivalent administrative swaps use a fixed seed order. If series scores cannot resolve a group tie, you predict the remaining order.
Player awards use all tournament games, including play-in. Players need at least one game. Positive saves with no goals conceded rank above finite save ratios; tied award leaders all count.
